2 Read the text and translate it. Describe your friend’s appearance.
I have a friend. His name is Mike. He is 17. If you meet him in the street, you can easily recognize him - he is a broad-shouldered man with athletic figure. He is tall, about 1 point 85 meters. He is a handsome man. His face is oval, a little bit sun-burned and always clean-shaven. His features are regular: his nose is straight, his forehead is broad and his cheeks are with dimples. He is a dark-eyed man with thick eyelashes. His teeth are even and white, because he does not smoke. As to his hair, it is fair, straight and short.
He wears a suit, a shirt and a tie. But sometimes he has sport clothes on, but they are always clean.
He is a very good man and friend. He is generous, frank and honest. With girls he is always gentle and decent, so he is a dream of every girl in our group.
3 Answer the questions about your friend:
1. What kind of person is your friend? 2. What does your friend look like? 3. What about his/her character? 4. He is a handsome man (a beautiful woman), is not he (she)?
