Abstract. The article deals with topical issues of state support of producers in Russia. There were found out the basic directions of state support of agricultural producers. They were classified into main groups, as well as on the base of improvement ways. A comparative analysis of state support of agricultural production in Russia and abroad is done. The article deals with the priorities to strengthen the role of the state in regulating the market economy, taking into account the specifics of its agricultural sector.

TELECOMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE AS A FACTOR
OF RURAL AREAS DEVELOPMENT
Abstract. An integral part of the development of innovative enterprises and territories in the world is the telecommunications infrastructure, including telephone and Internet network of good quality, the need for which is becoming increasingly apparent. The presence of the Internet in rural areas could revitalize local rural economy and establish the interaction between agricultural sector enterprises with each other, contractors and representatives of the financial sector. The article presents the author's diagram of the process of creating a telecommunications infrastructure in rural areas. It is based on close collaboration of interested parties: state structures, representatives of the financial system and communications providers. Also it is based as well as on the definition of localities in which it is advisable to create such infrastructure.

Abstract. It is difficult to overestimate the role of a design of office in the modern business world, because it performs internal and external functions. External function of office interior is to impress customers and potential partners of the company, thus emphasizing the importance of the firm, its ambitions, financial position and traditions.

Internal function of the interior design is to create an atmosphere that is conducive to optimally improvement of efficiency of staff and would not distract them from their duties. Savings in such things as competent planning, colours, lighting, furniture, temperature, decoration of offices with high quality materials will have a negative impact on the profitability of the company.

Abstract. This article deals with the analysis and comparison of salary of workers in all industries both in Permskii krai and in Russia and the dynamics for 2009 - 2012 years. The following laws were identified: the highest salary is in the financial sphere, and the lowest salary is in agriculture. Also such factors as the region's minimum remuneration rate and the minimum living-wage are considered.

THE EVALUATION OF EQUITY CAPITAL DURING THE ACCOUNTING REGISTRATION OF AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract. Evaluation of equity capital in agricultural organizations is an urgent issue, because every organization uses a variety of methods to determine its actual value. Timeliness and reliability of the evaluation of equity capital realize the fulfilment of requirements of accounting and reporting, namely: preparation of reliable financial statements and the satisfaction of interested users. They are also one of the main objects of strategic accounting. Insufficient or illegal record units’ evaluation entails overstating the cost parameters, as well as distortion of the main characteristics of the financial situation of an agricultural organization.
