PATHOMORPHOLOGY OF INTESTINE IN LIZARDS

UNDER HELMINTHS INVASION

Abstract. The method of partial helminthological dissection discovered parasitic fauna in stepperunner (Eremias arguta) and viviparous lizard (Lacerta vivipara). Incidence and intensity of infestation have been calculated. Histological examination revealed the development of chronic inflammation of the small intestine in infested individuals.

DOGS AS A SOURCE OF INVASION FOR HUMAN

AND AGRICULTURAL ANIMALS

Abstract. The results of parasitological survey of dogs in the city Perm have been presented in the paper. We identified types of parasites that are potentially dangerous to humans (Uncinaria stenocephala; Toxocara canis; Toxascaris leonina) and to farm animals (Sarcocystis suicanis).

WIDESPREAD OF TOXOCARIASIS IN POPULATIONS OF STRAY DOGS

Abstract. Parasitological study of stool samples from stray dogs of Moscow has been conducted. Their parasitic fauna has been determined and the comparative effectiveness of flotation methods of diagnosis has been presented. The problem of widespread toxocariasis among populations of dogs and humans as well as seeding of environmental objects with pathogen eggs has been discussed.

HELICOBACTER PYLORI – BACTERIA CAUSING GASTRITIS

AND GASTRIC ULCER

Abstract: Helicobacter pylori are bacteria that colonize the human gastric mucous layer. It is a major cause of chronic gastritis and stomach ulcers. Urease enzyme allows it to survive in the acid environment. More than half of the world's population

has H. pilori; it is more common in tropical countries. For diagnosing of helikobakteriosis non-invasive and invasive methods are used, treatment is based on antimicrobial therapy.

COMPARATIVE ANATOMY OF WILD AND DOMESTIC LAGOMORPHS

Abstract. The anatomic features of the two species have been studied. It has been established that the hare has a relatively large size. The differences in the structure of the pelvic limb and the bones of the spinal column in white hares and domestic rabbits have been educed. Morphometry of organs from these two species showed no significant differences.

COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF BLOOD FORMED ELEMENTS OF SNAKES AND LIZARDS

Abstract. Blood smear microscopy of two species reptiles – racerunner and steppe viper – has been performed. It has been found that both types have lymphoid character of blood. In blood smears in snakes, unlike lizards, there were no basophils and azurophils. At the same time, in lizards granulocytes dominated, while in viper – agranulocytes.

DEPENDENCE OF MILK ACIDITY ON MODES AND PERIOD OF STORAGE

Abstract. Acidity characterizes the freshness of milk and increases during storage. Technological properties of the milk decrease. Furthermore, the acidity of the milk depends on the individual and breed features of cows, lactation, season, health, feeding,

the presence of impurities in the feed. Titratable acidity of fresh milk should not exceed 19о Т. The optimal storage mode of milk is 4° C. Milk storage at room temperature for a day does not influence its acidity.

church were formed on this territory. The drilling with separating geological borders was carried out, the physical-mechanical properties of soil and underground water level was determined. The integral estimation was given on the base of comprehensive analysis. The methods of building protection against further changes in soil structure by means of pinning were suggested.
