1. Vocabulary focus:
a) Words and phrases which students are recommended to put down and learn by heart:
The country's chief prosecutor- Генеральний прокурор країни;
To raise more issues - спричиняти, викликати нові суперечки;
Investigation - розслідування, наукове дослідження;
То rally - зібратися, згуртуватися;
Slander- брехня;
DNA test- тест на ДНК;
То resume - відновити, продовжувати, synonyms: to renew, to restore, to rebuild, resumption (n.).
b) Students have a list of words, which are unfamiliar, and their explanations. They have to make sensible guesses as to what these words might mean from the surrounding context:

4. Communication activities
It is worth taking time to consider what variations are possible in the ways that students stand, move and sit. Similarly, the teacher's own position needs to be considered.
Students are working in pairs. Each student has a special role-card:

Students have to act out small scenes using their own ideas or ideas and information on role-cards.
b) General discussion of the facts, ideas, events described in the article. Students are sitting in a circle and each one is expected to express his/her point of view. Teacher may ask some additional questions in order to make everything clear. Any volunteer or a teacher may make a conclusion.
