In simplification and harmonization of customs procedures

1. International Convention on Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures of 18 May 1973 (Kyoto Convention) - its general provisions. Effective promotion of international trade and other international exchanges as the main purpose of the States Parties to this Convention. Other international agreements on this - the Geneva Convention on simplification of customs formalities of 3 November 1923 Agreement on simplification and harmonization of customs clearance procedures at customs borders of the CIS on July 8, 1994

2. The system of simplified customs control of air passengers, which was developed and approved by the Customs Cooperation Council (1971).

3. Simplification and harmonization of customs procedures at import and export goods and other items by introducing certain economic regimes (free warehouse, duty-free shop, conditional admission, System drou-back "mode bonded ware for common and simplified procedures).

4. Temporary admission under the ATA Convention.

5. The system of transport of goods using a TIR Carnet (carnet system-TEC).

International cooperation of the fight against customs violations
