Abstract. In the article the methodological grounds of theory of communicative action of J. Habermas are examined as it applies to the aim of determination of essence of regional identity and systematic description of daily occurrence as processes of reproduction of our identity. Further a hypothesis speaks out in relation to temporality as a key description of our identity. However the detailed reflection above a regional identity allows detecting in her deep creative potential allowing overcoming temporality.

SOCIAL ADVERTISING AS FACTOR OF THE QUALITY OF SOCIAL

Abstract. The article considers the problem of providing the quality of social services and factors influencing the quality of social services. The importance of information support of activity of social services is outlined. The results of the study of social advertising as a means of maintaining the reputation of the institution's image as a reliable and honest contractor services are presented (on the example of organization of municipal youth policy “Center for civil and Patriotic education of youth” in Snezhnogorsk).

Abstract. The article describes the features of sociocultural adaptation of the inhabitants of the settlements of the Kola North to the new socio-economic conditions (example of Krasnoshchelye and of Teriberka). It is shown, the apartness of settlements is the main factor to determine the successfulness of sociocultural adaptation of the population. Settlements’ apartness helps inhabitants to survive in the new environment through the use of unofficial practices to receive livelihoods.
