.pdfрешений. Наилучшие результаты прогнозирования площади под кривой ППГО показал категориальный бустинг (библиотека CatBoost). Коэффициент корреляции Пирсона между прогнозируемыми и фактическим значением составил R = 0,77 без добавления данных микробиоты против R = 0,78. Лучшие показатели точности прогнозирования максимального уровня сахара в крови после приема пищи получилось достичь экстремальным градиентным бустингом (библиотека XGBoost). Коэффициент корреляции составил R = 0,70
без добавления бактериальных признаков против R = 0,72. Модель регрессии опорных векторов показала в среднем худшие результаты. Наибольший вклад в ППГО вносили показатели представленности бактерий рода руминококков и бактероидов. Большая их представленность сопровождалась увеличением пикового уровня гликемии после еды.
Результаты доложены на конференции ATTD (27-30.04.2022, онлайн) и
на конференции «Фундаментальная и клиническая диабетология в 21 веке: от теории к практике» (07.09.2022, Москва).
В ходе доклинических испытаний приложения на базе ФГБМУ НМИЦ им. В.А. Алмазова не было выявлено существенных недостатков в работе системы мониторинга. Полученные рекомендации и замечания учтены. В
дальнейшем планируется развернуть частный выделенный сервер с использованием программного кода разработанного ранее прикладного интерфейса программирования для регистрации новых пациентов и расширения локального исследовательского проекта до полномасштабного корпоративного решения на рынке мобильных телемедицинских систем.
Проект имеет высокую социальную и практическую значимость.
Получившие развитие в медицинской среде применение m-Health систем для целей мониторинга уровня сахара в крови обеспечивает получение пациентом современного персонализированного медицинского ухода, снижает риски,
связанные с развитием осложнений, и повышает качество жизни. Приложение эффективно перераспределяет рабочее время специалиста, позволяя уделять больше внимания тяжелым пациентам, не пренебрегая нуждами других.
