Business travellers’ priorities

Business travelling is very important today. For Business people it’s important to establish good face-to-face relations with colleagues or with customers. Sometimes they need to contact with them after their first meeting. They can continue relationship by telephone or by Internet, but they can also travel again to these colleagues or customers.

In my opinion, firstly. business travellers need good organisation. When someone organises all that you need, you won’t be nervous about transport to and from the airport, accommodation and other things. Secondly, I think, it’s also important to balance cost concerns with the need for comfort for a business traveller. For example, if you have a short-haul flight, the main factor is cost, you will look for a cheap ticket, but if you have long-haul flight, the main factor is of course comfort. Thirdly, I guess, that it’s a big advantage for a traveller to be very patient, because there are often delays and cancellations in the airport and most of travellers also need to be able to work in the airport.

From my point of view, further developments should be done in the area of accommodation. I think, hotels need to improve their standards and provide more facilities for business people, perhaps some specific facilities for business women.

So, to sum it up, I guess, that if people have all need priorities and facilities, the business travelling will continue to be important as now.
