3. The speed test

The speed test is an addition to the basic FIBA fitness test which is made for evaluating the high-speed possibilities of referees. The essence of test consists of the fact that it is necessary to carry out accelerations from the continuation of the free throw line to the following free throw line and from there along the diagonal - under the ring. 5 attempts are carried out.

Normative requirements: it is necessary to run 4 times the distance from 5 in 3, 5 seconds each.

4. Cooper test

Test of Cooper (12minutes run) is intended for determining the level of general endurance of referees. It is carried out on the stadium or in the gym.

Normative requirements: it is necessary to run for the 12 minutes the distance of 2800-3000 meters.

4. Test for determining the psychological compatibility of referees
