to be considered as terms, they are envisaged as pre-terms (quasi-terms, pseudo-terms) [12, p. 25]. The translators’ explanations of the meaning of new words give the possibility to trace the process of renomination [8, p. 23-32] in terminology. It is not a coincidence that this process is analysed in detail in the papers on translation theory. The French specialists in terminology, for example, find it useful to distinguish between terminologie répertoriée

(terms present in dictionaries) and terminologie existant mais non trouvée repertoriée dans les dictionnaires (terminology that exists but is not present in dictionaries) [6, p. 92-94], in other words, the terms and pre-terms. In most cases, with time pre-terms are superseded by terms, that is why they can be considered as transitional phenomena which according to the French researchers belong to a particular class of pre-terms – terminologie transitoire [ibid., p. 101].

So, the major ways of translating tourism terminology are transcription, calques and explanatory translation. French terms in Russian language may correspond to a single component term (source language or borrowed by transcription or calque) and multicomponent term (calque). These terms are fixed in bilingual French-Russian and Russian-French dictionaries, are regularly used in tourist guides, and form the core of the respective terminological French and Russian languages. There is, however, a part of the French terms, which do not have Russian correspondences and are transferred descriptively via brief or detailed explanations created by translators, as well as via additions and omissions. These include lingvo-cultural realia, including realia typical only for the French tourism. The choice of a particular way of translating these LU is determined by their meaning, and the genre, stylistic and pragmatic specificities of French and Russian tourism-related texts.

The perspectives of this study consist in a deeper analyses of the principles and techniques of explanation of terms which do not have Russian equivalents. It will allow to reveal the specificity of the interlingual renomination process on the example of tourism terminology.

on the International Conference "The Language of Linguistics-and-Culturology: Theory vs. Empiria", organized and held by the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, by the Problem Group" Linguoculturological Researches", November 19 – 21, 2015.

The International conference "The Language of Linguistics- and-Culturology: Theory vs. Empiria" was organized by the Institute of Linguistics of the RAS, by the Problem Group "Linguoculturological Researches".

The subject of the Conference was the discussion on the topical debatable themes depicted in the works of Veronica N. Telia – the initiator of the linguoculturological trend in phraseology. The Conference was held in the jubilee year, in which Veronica N. Telia would be 85 years old (http://ilingran.ru/main/conferences/2015_linguocult).

Veronica N. Telia was one of the leading scientists-linguists of Russia. She was rightly recognized as a classic in the field of general and Russian phraseology. "The theme of V.N. Telia`s work is general and structural

idiomatics, the category of indirect nomination, linguistic mechanisms of expressivity, computer phraseography, cultural connotation, cultural interpretation of linguistic signs, and linguoculturology "(Veronica N. Telia - Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences // http: //iling-ran.ru/main / scholars / telia). This advanced trend in phraseology is formed in the 90s of the twentieth century under the leadership of V.N. Telia. The aim of linguoculturology is to reveal the synthesis of the language of culture and the natural one.

The Linguoculturological analysis of linguistic signs is developed by the Problem Group "Linguoculturology" based on the material of Russian and other national languages. Since 1986 the head of the Problem Group had been V.N. Telia (in collab. with M.L. Kovshova). Since 2011 it is led by Prof. M. L. Kovshova.

The initial postulates for native and foreign phraseologists are the arguments of V.N. Telia that the phraseological structure of the language is a mirror, "in which the linguocultural community identifies its national self-awareness [...]. Images being the basis of the phraseologisms-idioms and phraseology-related meanings for the most part are transparent for the given linguocultural community, as they reflect world-vision and worldunderstanding typical for it, that allows us to speak about the cultural-and-national specific character of the composition of phraseological language manifesting more vividly than in its vocabulary "[Telia, 1996, p. 9].

The Conference was organized under the support of the Russian Scientific Fund (project № 14-28-00130 «Linguistic Technologies in the Interaction of Humanitarian Sciences") at the Institute of Linguistics of the RAS. The Conference was organized under the support of grant NSH-2084.2014.6 of leading scientific schools "Images of Language and Multilingualism in Various Types of Discourse" ( The International Conference "Language of Linguoculturology: Theory vs. Empiria» // http: / /iling-ran.ru /conferences /2015_ linguocult _ program .pdf).

Issue № 1 (12), 2016

The following issues were discussed: 1) The hypotheses of linguoculturology and their substantiation; 2) Meta-language of linguoculturology; 3) The personality as an object of linguoculturology; 4) Linguocreativity in the system and discursive aspects.

The Conference participants were welcomed by V.M. Alpatov, director of the Institute of Linguistics of the RAS, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences and M.L. Kovshova, head of the Problem Group "Linguocultural Researches."

At the beginning of the Conference all the participants were offered a fragment of a sound record of Veronica N. Telia`s report.

A great interest was aroused by the work of 8 round tables. The leader of the first round table "LANGUAGE IN THE SPACE OF CULTURE" was Vladimir M. Alpatov, director of the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Corresponding member of the RAS.

At the sitting of the first round table an interesting and informatiin report was made by Prof. V.I. Postovalova on the topic "Concept-mythologema "Heavenly Kingdom" in the Orthodox World Outlook and its Comprehension in Linguoculturology." In her report

Seraphima Ye. Nikitina, Doctor in Philology, summed up the language and culture of the Old Believers. S.E. Nikitina is a well-known Soviet and Russian linguist, folklorist, the greatest specialist in the Old Believers faith and spiritual culture of the Molokans and spiritual fighters. In her report S.E. Nikitina considered the national soteriology of confessional groups in the interrelationship of religion, culture and language. Of peculiar brightness and emotionality was S.E. Nikitina`s wonderful performance of ancient ritual songs of Old Believers, that allowed one to imagine for oneself the sounding of ancient ritual songs of the Old Believers. In her report the author convincingly showed the ontological relationship of religious, culturological and verbal maximscorrelating with the theological doctrine of the redemption and salvation of man. Of interest was the report of Prof. Svetlana G. Shulezhkova on the theme: "Sustainable verbal complexes in the ancient Slavic manuscripts as the linguoculturological source." Prof. Vera I. Zabotkina paid special attention to the problem of representing cultural meanings in human mental vocabulary.

The leader of the first round table was also Prof. Viktoria V. Krasnykh. She considered standard and symbolic subsystems of linguoculture in their correlation, definition of their units and the specific character of functioning. The subject of the study of Elena O.Oparina, PhD in Philology, senior scientific officer of the Department of Linguistics of the ISISS of the RAS, was the problem of the native language as a tool for retaining "its" cultural-and-psychological space (under the domination of a foreign language). Some other relevant and information reports were also presented.

The sitting of the second round table was devoted to the discussion of MAIN NOTIONS OF LINGUOCULTUROLOGY. Prof. Maria L. Kovshova presided over the meeting. The research field of interesting and multi-sided presentations included: 1) problems concerning the role of socium culture in forming conceptual bases for idioms semantics (Prof. Elena G. Belyaevskaya); 2) issues considering the problems of linguocreativity studied from the standpoint of linguoculturology, including the study of the theory, methods and analysis (Prof. Irina V. Zykova). Prof. Maria L. Kovshova considered the problem of reflecting the cultural information in the semantics of liguistic signs. A lively discussion was aroused by the report of Prof. Timur B.Radbil who demonstrated the mechanisms implicating cultural-and-meaningful information in the natural language. The report of Anastasia V. Egorova was distinguished for its scientific novelty. It was devoted to studying indicative metaphors in terms of cultural codes in the architectural term-formation.

A remarkable factor for the Conference was the participation of the honored Russian scientist Professor Valery M. Mokienko, who together with Prof. Irina Zykova led the work of the third round table «CULTURELY MARKED SIGNS AS AN OBJECT OF DESCRIPTION». Valery M. Mokienko devoted his interesting and multi-sided report to de-

scribing comparative phraseology. An outstanding scientist spoke about his many years of work on the creation of phraseological dictionaries. The research problems of the participants of the third round table were also phraseological units as the carriers (translators) of culturally significant meanings. In particular, the Hungarian phraseology was considered in this context (Prof. Oleg I. Fedosov). The subject of the research was also the lexicographical sources analyzed in linguoculturological aspect. So, Prof. Adile M. Emirova studied the Crimean-Tatar lexicography from the position of vocabulary as the empiria of linguoculture. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of the communicative aspects of phraseology in the dictionaries by V.N. Telia and S.I. Lubenskaya. The results of these studies were presented to the participants of the Conference by Prof. Igor A. Sharonov. The problem of modification of the set expressions through the prism of poetic language vocabulary was considered in the report of Larissa L. Shestakova, Doctor in Philology, and Anna Kuleva, post graduate. The theme of Vladlen I. Makarov`s report was the dictionary of compatibility of phraseologisms. The author focuses on the cultural factors of choosing the variant of the compatibility. Great interest was aroused by the results of the study of E.Berteme on the theme: "Culturally Significant Meanings in the Russian-Language Dictionaries", and others.

Within the frames of the work of the fourth round table "SEMIOTICS OF CULTURE IN DISCOURCE", which was led by Prof. Olga E. Frolova and PhD in Phylology Irina V. Zakharenko, one of the main reports was the one by O.E.Frolova on the topic: "The Toponym Europe: the Concept and its Content." The author stressed that her report dealt with the investigation results obtained in working out a great research project with the same name. The meeting of the fourth round table also discussed the problem of discoursive constructing of stereotypes (by the example of the stereotype homo austriacus) (Natalia N Troshina, PhD in Philology, senior scientific officer of the Linguistics Department of the ISISS of the RAS). The report of Sergei V. Saveliev was devoted to travel notes of European travelers of the XVII century on Russia as a source of the formation of stereotypes. There were also considered: the phenomenon "Hyper-market" in the Russian-Polish comparison (Valchak Machye); the concept "European Fairy-tale" as a precedental phenomenon in the Media of the German and Russian cultural space (Prof. Galina M. Fadeeva, PhD in Philology) and others. It should be emphasized that the reports covered different types of discourses: theatrical (Sergei S. Bychkov, post graduate), juridical (Tatiana V. Amosova, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology), media (Elena O. Matveeva, Associate Professor, Cand. of Ped. Sci.), Nadezhda N. Klochko, Prof., Doctor in Philology), and political one (Natalia N. Ches, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology), et.al. in which various problems (such as theater, juridical terminology, means of presenting culture, linguocreative potential of metaphor, manipulative speech-and-behavior type in the Russian linguistic picture of the world (Anna V. Poselenova, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology), and others) were considered in the aspect of the cultural code, ethno-cultural peculiarities, identifying culturally significant meanings.

A wide range of topical problems of the scientific school of Veronica N. Telia was also represented at the meetings of the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth round tables. The aim of the fifth round table was to reveal UNIVERSAL AND CULTURAL SPECIFIC NATURE IN VOCABULARY AND PHRASEOLOGY (the leaders were Prof. Natalia G. Med and Prof. Dmitry B. Gudkov). Among the central issues discussed at the meeting there were the problems concerning the verbal reflection of individual moral constants in the different languages and cultures. Thus, the example of the German Schwanks of the XVI-th century showed the reflection of the concepts "Deception" and "Lie" in the phraseology (Elena S. Pankratieva, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology). Certain attention was paid to the results of studying the emotional picture of the world in different linguistic cultures, in particular, post graduate Rimma F. Sakharova spoke about the peculiarities of phraseological nominations of basic emotions in the German and Belarusian conceptosphere and in her re-

port post graduate Hoang Thi Phuong Ha analyzed the specific character of conceptualizing emotions "shame" in the Russian and Vietnamese phraseology. Comprehensive and information results of the study were proposed to the participants of the Conference by Prof. N.G.Med on the topic: "Figurative comparison as the object of linguoculturological analysis (based on the Spanish language)." The author gave numerous examples of figurative comparisons of contemporary Spanish and convincingly demonstrated the interaction of the East and the West cultures. An interesting study "on the trails of V.N. Telia`s work", was conducted by Prof. Natalia V. Judina. The problem of her report is reflected in the theme formulated by the author: "Male vs. Female: Linguoculturological Analysis of "the Phraseological Language" of modern gender nominations". Of great interest were the reports of foreign post graduate students of the Institute of Linguistics of the RAS, the Russian Federation, in particular, the report of the post graduate student from Turkey, Hakan Saracha, who analyzed the phenomenon "Sea» («Deniz») in the natural landscape code of the Russian and

Turkish linguocultures, and also the report of the Chinese post graduate student Dow Chunyao studying linguoculturological peculiarities of conceptualyzing the notion "Age" in the Russian and Chinese phraseology. The Turkish post graduate student made an interesting observation concerning different reflection of the category "quantity" in the Russian and Turkish languages. So, if in the Russian linguoculture the gnoseological quantificator for a large quantity is a metaphor "seas of people", in Turkish it is "mountains of people". An interesting fact was given by the Chinese post graduate student, having stressed that in the Chinese linguoculture the age of a girl is defined by the fact of using " the first pin for decorating the hair on the head of the girl." Other relevant and information reports were also presented.

The basic notions of "NAME", "SYMBOL", "TEXT" in LINGUOCULTUROLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE were considered at the meeting of the sixth round table (the leaders were Prof. Andrew E. Levitsky and Olga A. Kazakevitch, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology). The theme of Andrei E. Levitsky was anthroponyms, analyzed by the author as linguocultural markers. The report of Doctor in Philology Maria I. Kiose was devoted to the theme of conventionalyzing the indirect nomination as the manifestation of discourse liguocreativity. A peculiar scientific approach characterized the report of Aleksandra V. Nagornaya, Doctor in Philology on the topic "A Letter from the Body" as a phenomenon of modern English linguistic culture. It should be stressed that the participants of the sixth round table paid special attention to the discussion of issues related to the Biblical texts. So, in his report assistant professor Mikhail V Zolotarev analyzed the variability of meanings of the precedent of the biblical text about Adam and Eva in the American and Russian linguistic cultures. Elena I. Karpenko spoke about the interaction of symbolizing the Biblical names and the rules of culture. The next range of issues touched on the mythopoetical symbols characterizing a person in the Russian and Rutul languages (Svetlana M. Makhmudova). Of great interest was the report of Olga A. Kazakevitch, Associate Professor, Doctor in Philology, who, as is known, investigates a vast group of the languages of Northern peoples of our country: the Samoyed languages, the Selkup language, the Ket and Evenki languages, the disappearing languages of Siberia. The author paid particular attention to study the language and culture of Selkups, one of the Northern peoples of our country. In particular, in her interesting report O.A. Kazakevitch considered the problem of the specific character of perception and understanding in the Selkup language picture of the world. The meeting also discussed other important and interesting research reports.

Some urgent problems were discussed at the meeting of the seventh round table "SIGNS OF CULTURE IN ARTISTIC LANGUAGE SPACE" (the leaders of the table were Anna S. Boot, PhD in Philology and Sergei A. Romashko, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology). There was considered the first range of the problems associated with studying the cultural and symbolic constants in the artistic discourse: means and specific character

149

Scientific Newsletter of Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering

of embodying the cultural semantics in the space of artistic image (Olga V. Tomberg PhD in Philology); the symbol of the sword in the phraseology of L.N. Tolstoy`s language (Olga V. Lomakina, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology); culturally significant meanings in F.I. Tyutchev`s phraseology and aphoristics (Elena N. Sycheva); codes of culture in the German youthful Literature (Elena P. Privalova); onomastic metaphors in a literary text (Elena F. Kosichenko, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology) and others. The second range of problems dealt with the questions related to the study of paremias of different national language systems, reflecting culturally significant meanings. So, for example, universal categories of space and time, conceptualized in the semantics of Russian paremias were condidered as culturally significant meanings (Prof. Zinaida Ye. Fomina). The report of Olga V. Abakumova, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology, was devoted to the linguoculturological aspect of analyzing the meaning of a proverb. Michael A. Bredis demonstrated the specific nature of reflecting the phenomenon "Wealth" in the paremiological picture of the world (based on the material of Russian, Latvian, Lithuanian, German and English).

The eighth round table covered a range of issues related to the study of SYSTEM LEVELS OF LANGUAGE, considered in the PERSPECTIVE OF LIGUOCULTUROLOGY" (the leaders were Prof. Anna V. Doroshenko and Elena M. Lazutkina PhD in Philology, a leading research officer of the IRL of the RAS). Most reports were devoted to the study of semantics of phraseological units of the German, Russian and English languages analyzed in linguoculturological aspect (Natalya .Furashova, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology; Anna V. Doroshenko, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology; Nadezhda G. Rakhmatullaeva, Associate Prof., PhD in Philology; Prof. Anatoly P. Vasilenko, Professor, Doctor in Philology; Ekaterina A. Yezhova, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology; Anna D. Gulimova). Some reports were devoted to the grammatical means of representing the national worldview (Elena Lazutkina, PhD in Philology, a leading scientific officer of IRL, of the RAS, Juliana P. Stryzhak, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology). Innovation approach and novelty characterized the report of Igor Svyatopolka-Chetvertynski, PhD in Philology, who considered the problem of cultural connotation in the semantics of linguistic signs in the Akkadian epos on the world creation. It should be noted that Igor Svyatopolka-Chetvertynski is one of the well-known experts in the field of studying the Middle East languages - Sanskrit (Classical and Vedic), Old Persian, Avestian, Bookish Pahlavi (Middle Persian) and Farsi (Persian), the Near-East languages - Arabic (including classical and colloquial dialects), Turkish (spoken and Old Osman) cuneiform: Sumerian, Akkadian and Hittite, Old Greek, Hebrew, Old Egyptian hieroglyphic ones.

The research results, which were summarized in the work of the eighth round table, were based both on the material of the European languages and on the empirical data of the Oriental languages, in particular, grammatical means of representing the national worldview were analyzed in the paradigm of the Japanese language picture of the world (Uliana P. Strizhak, Associate Professor, PhD in Philology).

In conclusion, it is important to note that both Russian scientists from the higher educational institutions of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Saratov, Krasnodar, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Tver, etc. and foreign scientists, representing universities and research centers of Germany, Austria, Poland, Belarus, Turkey, Latvia, China, Vietnam, Hungary and others took part in the work of the Conference.

During the work of the Conference there were interesting, fruitful, lively and information discussions, promoting a deeper and subtle perception of the information received, as well as expanding ideas of interesting scientific concepts, theories, innovation experimental data proposed by the authors.

Thus, the Conference devoted to Veronica N. Telia, a prominent scientist of the 20th - 21st centuries, demonstrated the richness and diversity of new scientific trends in linguoculturology. It convincingly showed that linguoculturology has a wide and multi-sided

perspectives for its development. This important branch of modern linguistics aims at uniting and rallying cultures, languages and peoples, at showing their unity in diversity as its main maxim is the thought that "language is the road map of culture. It will tell one where the people have come from and where they are going to "(Rita Mae Brown).

The conference made it possible to hear the wonderful presentations of outstanding Russian and foreign scientists, to become acquainted with new scientific schools and their achievements, to enrich the experience of knowledge, to establish and continue scientific contacts and to exchange scientific knowledge in order to widely use them in research, pedagogical and educational activities, that will contribute to the undoubted improving of the quality of education and training specialists of a new era, the era of intensive intercultural interrelation.

A high level and the scope of the Conference arouses admiration. The reports were made by scientists in the field of different languages and cultures of the world, beginning with the languages and cultures of the most ancient civilizations and ending with modern international languages. The Conference covered a wide range of topical issues, and each participant could choose a round table according to his/her research interests.

We express our gratitude to the organizers of this remarkable and very important Conference: to Vladimir M. Alpatov, Director of the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences of the RF; Prof. Maria L. Kovshova; Prof. Irina V. Zykova; Anna S. Boot, PhD in Philology, et al.

In his report Doctor of Philology, Professor V.M. Kalinkin (Donetsk) presented the scientific heritage of E.S. Otin in terms of what might be called Donbass Region onomastic studies, emphasizing the importance of the works of the scientist to discover the mysteries of the origin of some geographical names on the vast territory of the «small homeland». Eugenyï S. Otin regularly published historical and etymological essays devoted to the names of the settlements and the water areas of Donbass: Azov Sea, Berda, Volnovakha, Volchiya,

Gorlovka, Dokuchaevsk, Donetsk, Kalka, Kayala, Komar, Constantinople, Kramatorsk, Makeyevka, Mushketovo, Netrius, Nikitovka, Novobeshevo, Obitochnaya and Belosarayskaya forelands, Sarabash, Sartana, Saur-Moguila, Seversky Donets, Skotovataya, Smolyanka, Staromlinovka, Styla, Tor, Torets, Khartsyzsk, Shaytanka, Shevalda, Yalta, etc. One only the historical and etymological thesaurus of 2014 contains 338 objects: Otin E.S. The Origin of the Geographical Names of Donbass. – Donetsk : Southeast, 2014. - 199 p.

Eugenyï S. Otin much and fruitfully worked having collected a lot of unique materials concerning the Northern Azov toponymy during studying the origin and the history of some

geographical names of the Azov Greeks – the Urums and the Rumeys - settled on the Azov Sea coast of the Crimea in the 70-ies years of the XVIII-early XIX centuries. Numerous publications related to this area of his interests eventually turned into the famous Dictionary:

Otin E.S. The Azov Sea Greeks Toponymy (Historical and Etymological Dictionary of Place Names): Dictionary; Donetsk State Univ.; Mariupol Humanity Inst. – Donetsk : DonSU; Mariupol, 2000. - 195 p.

It is especially remarkable the urgent relevance of the scientific heritage of

Eugenyï S. Otin, which is a lofty example of fidelity to traditions and, at the same time, of innovation at the beginning of XXI century in Ukraine, where the sciences related to the humanitarian studies are characterized by the tendentious mythmaking and the demonstrative politicization. In particular, the creative and research activities by E.S. Otin throughout all his life were imbued with love and deepest respect to the Russian language and its history, the origin of words, the history of their existence in the written cultural patrimony, and even in the analysis of contemporary linguistic phenomena the great scientist remained faithful to the principles of the traditional philological research. So, one of the last published works of his life is the started back in his student years «Dictionary of the Russian Language of the X-XVIII centuries» issued in 2014: Otin E.S. Dictionary of the Russian Language of the X-XVIII centuries. – Donetsk : Southeast, 2014. - 436 p.

Doctor of Philology, Professor V.V. Fedorov (Donetsk) in his report considers onomastics as a separate component of philology: on the one hand, onomastics as a scientific discipline may be presented as a branch of literature («poetic onomastics»), on the other hand - as the linguistics section, and therefore are provided some reasons to distinguish literature and philology. On the example of the works by A.S. Pushkin «The Bronze Horseman» the author illustrates the process of determining the function of the character’s name as a participant in the event of the poetic life of the writer by means of philological onomastics recording all the changes of the main character reflected in his naming.

In the report of Ph.D., Associate Professor K.V. Pershina (Donetsk) «It was in Penkovo»: Appearance of the Filmonym and its Interaction with the Speech Component of the Movie» was analyzed the ideonym accurately and naturally reflecting the quality of the speech component of the novel and of the movie with the dominance of some popular spoken elements in it. It is proved that the achievement of this effect was possible due to the lexical composition forming the ideonym and its syntactic structure.

Within the framework of the treatment to the subject of THEORETICAL PROBLEMS OF ONOMASTICS AND ONYMOGRAPHY the papers were presented by

Lyudmila I. Duka (Zaporozhye, Ukraine) «Ways of Development of Connotative Onomastic

Lexicography», Vladimir I. Mozgovoy (Donetsk) «Proper Name in Language, Speech and Civil Legal Consciousness», Nina V. Usova (Donetsk) «Name Conversion (to the question of onymogenesis)».

In the work of Ph.D., Associate Professor L.I. Duka (Zaporozhye, Ukraine) «Ways of Development of Connotative Onomastic Lexicography» connotative onomastics dictionaries, of both Russian and Ukrainian languages, are presented as a reflection of the development of the nation, its social organization, science and art, material and spiritual culture, etc. The creation of these dictionaries is the key to save the verbal tradition, and the innovation of proper names is the way of its cultural conversion.

The report of Ph.D., Associate Professor V.I. Mozgovoy (Donetsk) «Proper Name in

Language, Speech and Civil Legal Consciousness» touches upon the problem of the proper name in public official activities of the people: science, politics, civil-and-legal documentation, etc. The main reason for the «spontaneous» naming and renaming processes is the emergence of some variable uses of proper names in common colloquial speaking, artistic and poetic or journalistic speech within the official nominative context.
