Anna Grogoryan and Yulia Konstantinova.

A: Hi Julia. How is this civil case progressing?

J: Hi, Anya! everything is fine, but we have a small problem

A: Why, what's wrong?

J: Defendant filed counterclaim

A: Why would he do that?

J: He just wants to delay the trial

A: Do you have evidence to prove that there was?

J: Not yet, but we're working on it

A: what happens if the court accepts a counterclaim?

J: The court will accept a counterclaim if its joint consideration with the original one will lead to a faster and more correct consideration of the case. Otherwise, your rights will be broken because the process will be delayed.

A: Ok, I think the court will decide. Everything will be fine!
