Abstract. The possibility of using of “Kubigorod” technology in work on children’s phonemic processes formation of the advanced preschool age is considered in this article. Examples of games affecting the development of phonemic hearing, phonemic analysis and synthesis phonemic awareness are given.

Abstract. The article discusses the problems of psychological-medical- pedagogical commission at the present stage of education development. Also analyzes changes in the Commission’s work over the past five years in connection with the entry into force of the new legal acts determining the organization and content of education for persons with disabilities. The author identifies basic trends in the work of the PMP , including analysis of the contingent of children.
